DoubleBase sprl is a Belgian company specialising in cultural tourism issues. It is helping to develop projects to preserve skills and crafts in new Member States of the European Union, with a particular emphasis on music and art. Staff have extensive experience over many years of European Union funding and procedures and have been responsible for a number of cultural projects involving new Member States.

DoubleBase is the managing agent for the eufonia 2009 project which it is coordinating through its Brussels office. The project is due to begin in 2009 and end in 2010.
